Jared LichtenbergerI’m so pleased with the service we received from this company. Our AC went out during the summer heat. HVAC Express came in after we had a big name Austin HVAC company give us some outrageous numbers for getting our system up and running again. With about an hour of inspection and reading gauges attached to my AC unit, Al diagnosed the problem and replaced a part that restored the temperature of my home, saving me thousands of dollars. I will for sure be using HVAC Express for my HVAC maintenance and repairs moving forward.Posted on Google

Paul GiraudinThere was no service performed today. I have never called about my unit not heating, and I have not had a hard start kit installed.
We have used HVAC Express for some time now for general maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Our compressor went out suddenly the same day guests were arriving from out of town. They went to San Antonio to pick up the unit (the local unit apparently was purchased by someone else in the 5 min it took to verify pricing with me). The unit was installed and house cooling that evening. In the day in age of so many people not showing up to do their job, HVAC Express went above and beyond. A breath of fresh air and very much appreciated....
Al was...relentless is the correct adjective...his first trip in figuring out what was wrong after a previous very competent maintenance individual had put in a new compressor and new A/C closet parts and the A/C still didn't work. He again was relentless the next day in figuring out why, after the cooling he'd achieved the first trip, the thermostat and indoor fan weren't doing A/C vent flow shutdown once the 79 target temperature had been achieved. Others might have been stumped. So ended 156 rather miserable hours of lost A/C during the streak of 100+ weather, Austin summer 2022, with indoor afternoon maximums reaching 86-92 and early morning minimums bottoming at 83-85 despite a portable A/C unit really only effective for a small work and sleep area. Thus yielding a very grateful resident....
I was very satisfied with HVAC express Contracting Company. One of his AC technician came to look at the ac problem and was not able to find the problem (refrigerant) leak. Tech added refrigerant and the system worked for a few hours. I reached out to company owner Mr. Al Ficher to let him know that the system was not cooling again & he came to look at the issue himself, he could not find the leak either & added refrigerant again. The system again worked only for a couple of hours and I reached out to Al again. He returned as soon as possible to perform a more thorough inspection/test, this time he was able to find the refrigerant leak and had one of his ac technicians repair the problem. I requested credit for the wasted refrigerant and he credited me $300. I definitely recommend HVAC Express Contracting Company....

The Onwers Are Very Cordial And Professional, Not To Say Their Installers Where Very Clean And Professional. Their Team Installed All The Ductwork And Ventilation To My New Build House With 2 Variable Speed Communicating Systems American Standard Brand With 2 Zone Systems On Each Unit And 6 Thermostats.I Could Not Be More Happier For The Work And Service They Provided Not Only The Installation Crew But Their Service And Maintenance Team. In the day in age of so many people not showing up to do their job, HVAC Express went above and beyond. A breath of fresh air and very much appreciated.
Their courtesy and competance is great. They were the company I used to install the HVAC system during the building of my house and they were always where they said they would be and when. I decided to stay with them when it came time for the routine service of the system. I have never been disappointed.
EXCELLENT customer service! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Christien Primeaux knew we needed a repair and replacement on very short notice and put in the extra effort time after hours to make sure the job got done ahead of schedule. Great example of overdelivering on a promise! Thank you guys!
